BridgeBond needed to turn passive team data into active engagement across two apps and hundreds of companies. We built the AI event engine, a configurable content layer, and the multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure needed to deliver personalized experiences at scale.

HR engagement was fragmented, manual, and difficult to scale.
Bridgebond's enterprise clients were relying on manual planning for town halls, team check-ins, celebrations, and culture initiatives. HR teams were spending 12+ hours every week coordinating events, yet fewer than 40% of eligible employees were engaging with them.
As the number of companies grew, the workflow became harder to manage. Each tenant needed isolated data, different administrative controls, and personalized engagement — while employees needed a consistent experience across mobile and web.
The existing Notion + Slack workflow could coordinate tasks, but it couldn't turn employee data into timely, personalized engagement. Bridgebond needed to move from manual coordination to an intelligent engagement system.
What it took to make engagement intelligent, scalable, and secure.
- Multi-tenancy without compromising isolation. BridgeBond needed to support multiple organizations on a shared platform while keeping each organization's data isolated. Users could belong to multiple organizations and departments, making tenant-aware authorization and scoped data access essential across the platform. We built organization-aware access controls and service-level tenant filtering so requests consistently resolve within the user's authorized organization context.
- AI engagement without losing organizational context. BridgeBond introduced an organization-scoped AI assistant that maintains a continuous conversation for each user while keeping the experience tied to their organization. The challenge was integrating AI into an existing multi-tenant engagement platform without breaking its authorization and organization boundaries.
- Automating engagement across multiple channels. BridgeBond needed to deliver celebrations, DOB alerts, weekly digests, OTPs, and engagement notifications without relying on manual intervention. We built scheduler-driven notification workflows across email and OneSignal push, with configurable organization-level settings, user preferences, retries, and audit visibility.
- Global administration with scoped access control. BridgeBond's Super Admin needed system-wide visibility across organizations, while Organization Admins and Users required strictly scoped access based on their role and organization membership. Role-based authorization and service-level tenant filtering enforce these boundaries across the API, while audit logs provide traceability for platform activity.

BridgeBond AI provides a persistent, organization-scoped AI conversation for employees, giving users an always-available assistant within the engagement platform.
Multi-tenant organization management
Organizations operate within a shared platform while maintaining scoped access across users, departments, permissions, notifications, and engagement data. Service-level tenant filters ensure users only interact with data belonging to their authorized organization context.
Employee mobile app
A cross-platform Flutter app gives employees a dedicated space to manage their profile and preferences, engage with questions and celebrations, and stay connected through automated push notifications and reminders.
Questions & engagement
Organizations can distribute questions from master libraries or create organization-specific questions. Employees answer questions and interact through reactions, giving BridgeBond a structured way to drive ongoing engagement.
HRIS integration & automatic sync
BridgeBond integrates with HR systems through Merge.dev, allowing organizations to connect their HRIS, map fields, import employees and departments, and keep organizational data synchronized through scheduled and webhook-driven updates.
Weekly digest & personalized notifications
Weekly digests consolidate relevant celebrations, DOB alerts, questions, and announcements, while users can control their notification and digest preferences. Email and OneSignal push notifications support automated delivery.
Super-admin control plane
BridgeBond HQ gets a centralized control plane for managing organizations, administrators, plans, feature access, HRIS integrations, notifications, questions, roles, permissions, and platform-level analytics.
Role-based access & audit trails
Hierarchical permissions control what Super Admins, Organization Admins, and Users can access. Every important API action, mutation, scheduler job, and integration event can be captured through the audit system for traceability and compliance.
Automated celebrations & reminders
Admins can configure celebrations, birthdays, DOB alerts, recurring reminders, and participant flows. Scheduled jobs automatically trigger notifications without requiring manual intervention.
